Not cooling evenly
Airflow, a fan, sensors, controls, or the sealed cooling system may be involved.
Independent Beverage-Air repair

Diagnosis and repair for Beverage-Air refrigerator equipment in Los Angeles. Same-day service is available.

Common problems
The same symptom can have several causes. A technician tests the operating system before recommending a repair.
Airflow, a fan, sensors, controls, or the sealed cooling system may be involved.
A blocked drain, door seal, defrost fault, or water connection can cause recurring moisture.
Dirty coils, warm air leaks, poor ventilation, or a cooling fault can keep the unit working too hard.
Diagnosis first
Good diagnosis starts with the exact symptom, model, operating conditions, and service history. The technician tests the systems connected to the failure instead of replacing parts by guesswork.
Model reference
Use the model search to confirm that your equipment is listed. The model and serial label is still the final reference for service information.
Bastion Service repairs Beverage-Air refrigerators. These model and manual references help identify your equipment; symptoms alone do not confirm a diagnosis.
Manual candidates require the complete model, serial/build and installed controller to be checked. A specification sheet is not an operating manual. These references do not authorize installation or DIY repair.
Repair service only. New equipment installation is not offered.

Match the complete model, serial/build and installed controller before using a document.
Bastion Service repairs existing equipment. We do not install new equipment.
No matching reference. This does not determine service availability.
Official family manual: 809-144A | Revision G
Photograph the inside-left-wall model label and the display. Keep every model suffix; HR documentation covers more than one controller.
A dirty condenser, evaporator icing or excessive room heat can contribute. Report the temperature and when cooling changed; these possibilities need diagnosis, not guessed parts.
Brief compressor operation may involve overheating or starting components. Tell the technician whether it hums before stopping. Do not open electrical compartments.
The care schedule says quarterly; warranty text recommends at least monthly. Ask Beverage-Air to clarify the applicable interval for your unit and usage.
Official family manual: 809-156A | Revision E
An evaporator fan problem can slow cooling. A dirty condenser may contribute to prolonged running. Record which behavior occurs; neither symptom proves compressor failure.
Photograph the message and control. Danfoss and Eliwell guidance differs, including factory settings. The HBR prefix alone cannot identify the correct code interpretation.
The schedule lists daily gasket checks and weekly interior cleaning. Follow the manual safety procedure; panel access and internal repairs belong to qualified service.
Quarterly cleaning in the schedule differs from the monthly warranty recommendation. Confirm the applicable requirement with Beverage-Air; do not assume one interval fits every kitchen.
Maintenance
Maintenance intervals come from the instructions for the exact model and its operating conditions. Heavy use, heat, dust, grease, hard water, and poor ventilation can shorten the interval.
Clean accessible filters and keep vents, coils, and surrounding space free of dust, grease, boxes, and fabric.
Longer cycles, unstable temperature, new sounds, leaks, and repeated error messages are reasons to schedule service before a shutdown.
Cleaning products, procedures, filters, and intervals vary by model. Follow the manufacturer instructions for the exact equipment.
